Stays on your phone
Player names, drawings, saved games, game history, regular names, the words and cards you write yourselves, and settings are stored only on this device and never sent anywhere. Deleting the app deletes them.
Anonymous usage statistics
To learn which games are played and where people get stuck, the app sends simple events through PostHog: which game started or finished, player count, scenario and settings, and narrator voice changes, with device model, OS version, language and app version. A random identifier is created for this install; it is not linked to your name, email or phone number, and you can see it in Settings → About as “Install code”. Country may be estimated from the connection, but IP addresses are not stored.
Crash reports
If the app hits an error, a technical report (app version, device model, OS version and error details) is sent through Sentry so we can fix it. IP addresses are not stored.
Feedback
When you rate a game or write feedback, what you chose or wrote is sent. Contact details are sent only if you type them.
Purchases
If you buy Dorehami Complete, Apple or Google processes the payment; we never see your card or account details. To know whether Dorehami Complete is unlocked on this install, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives a random identifier for this install and the purchase record from the store (which product, when, the price and the store country). It does not receive your name or email.
Motion sensor
In the forehead game, only while a word is on screen, the app reads the phone’s motion sensor to notice whether you tilted the phone down or up. The readings are used on the spot; they are not stored and never leave the phone.
What we do not do
No accounts, no ads, no selling of data, no tracking across other apps or websites, and no access to contacts, location, microphone or camera.
This website
dorehami.app uses no cookies, visitor analytics or trackers, and loads no fonts or scripts from elsewhere. Cloudflare, which hosts it, processes standard connection data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect against attacks.
Children
Dorehami suits family gatherings but is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Deletion, changes and contact
Dorehami is made by Dapperico Inc. To have the statistics from your install deleted, copy the install code from Settings → About and email it to privacy@dapperico.com; the same address answers any other privacy question. If this policy changes, the date at its top changes too.
